All copy must be supplied digitally. Typing it into an e-mail works. Attaching a .doc file works.

Images

All images to be used in an E-Marketing Campaign will be resized to best fit the campaign. Please submit images as .jpgs if possible.

Mailing lists

This is a permission-based email service. Your list is safe with MSIS. Your list is only used for your campaign. Unsubscribe options are automated through our service for your recipients.

MSIS requires addresses submitted as .csv files or .txt files. (one address per line. )

Your list must be for:

Recipients that have explicitly asked to receive communications from you. OR that you have a relationship with.

Your list can NOT be a purchased list of email addresses from ANY source no matter what that source claims

Your list can NOT contain distribution lists or mailing lists, i.e. email addresses that mail to more than one email address

Your list can NOT contain captured email addresses obtained by surfing the Internet or "scraping" web pages
